Customer Experience Center
The Customer Experience Center, or CXC, is BNP Paribas Fortis’ inhouse CX expert center. With around 30 of the best Service, Concept, UX and UI designers working for all departments within the bank, the CXC is the largest CX team in Belgium focussed on just one brand.
The CXC was founded to develop a transversal vision for the bank’s amplitude of digital touchpoints. It’s responsibilities range from looking out for new trends & innovations in the financial sector to safeguarding BNP’s visual identity across channels.
